PBCSD200 Device information not available in Precision Management Server
If RD Service prompts an error message as โDevice information not available in Precision Management Server, please contact Device Vendorโ, ๏ท Connect the biometric scanner to the system and access the URL (https://pbrdms.precisionbiometric.co.in/RDMS_Server_Prod/DeviceInfo.aspx) and provide the below information to activate the device
If you are not able to access the URL, share the device serial number to Precision Support team (check the Appendix C for Support Team contact details) to activate the device. Please note that the device registration in UIDAI Preproduction & Production server will take minimum 24hrs to activate.
